Unitary method : which is a technique for solving a problem by finding a single unit the method of calculating a problem is know an unitary method

Example: To find the cost of apples it contains 1  apples and 60 rupees

Cost of one apple = 60 % 12

= 5

5th Grade Math Unitary Method Quiz Example:

Q. Vinod typing 175 pages in a week how many pages can be type in a days?

Solution: The number of pages typed in 7 days = 175

The number of pages typed in one days = 175 % 7

= 25

Finding the many when one value is given: Find the cost of 5 pencils when the cost of 1 pencils in 12 rupees 1 pencils= 12 rupees, 5 pencils we need to find?

The cost of 5 Pencils = 5 times the cost of 1 Pencils

= 5 X 12

= 60

Price of the Given Number = Price of 1 X Number of Price

The cost of 5 pencils = 60 rupees

Cost of 6 Pens = 6 X 2 = 12
